Fayetteville citizens are invited to help make their community a better place to live by participating in FayettevilleOutFront, a civic engagement website. FayettevilleOutFront acts as a virtual living room where citizens can come and share their ideas and thoughts with City staff. On the website, City staff will post surveys, host forums, create discussions and manage public projects. Residents can also create and post their own ideas or comments and vote on ideas created by other citizens.
The City now invites business owners to acknowledge and honor the sacrifices made by Purple Heart recipient service men and women by allocating a distinct designated parking space at their business.
Because of the generous donation of 50 signs by Wounded Warriors Family Support , the signs are being offered at no cost on a first-come, first-serve basis to any Fayetteville business owner or owner of a parking lot within the city limits. Each business owner will be responsible for providing a sign post (if needed), hardware and installation. The sign measures 12x18 inches.
