Anyone desiring to speak must sign up in advance during normal business hours with the city clerk, located on the second floor of City Hall at 433 Hay St., by using the form below, by phone at 910-433-1989, by fax at 910-433-1980 or by e-mail at cityclerk@ci.fay.nc.us. Citizens may also sign up to speak immediately before the public forum or public hearing in the Council Chamber between 6:30 and 7 p.m.
